The jury has made its decision! We will soon announce the 2023 Volvo Environment Prize laureate.

After careful consideration by the Scientific Committee and the Prize Jury, a choice has been made for 2023. As always, research based on scientific grounds is at the core of the selection process, but the laureate’s research must also show impacts outside the specific discipline.
The prize event will be on Nov 22 at 3 PM Central European Time, and you are invited to attend! The ceremony which will include a film about the life and research of the laureate will be streaming live from this website and other platforms.
